The first kidnapping that took place in the past year was of Cora Micheals, who was a 6-year-old kid that was not only kidnapped but unfortunately just died

2 years right after that incident again, the kidnapping took place, and this time, the victims were Ciora’s aunt and her 8-year-old cousin. Richard Urbanax, who was retired, is the detective in this book. He decided never to take responsibility for any other case again unless he found the people behind Cora’s dead kidnappers and the mastermind of the one who panned it

Richard was the best detective in Southeast Louisiana. But since he felt it was something different, he decided to fully put his hands into the new case. Most likely, the kidnapper wasn’t the only man involved in the kidnapping. It was someone else who was making others do it
